Lagging Issues

Every since the patch update I have been having sever lag issues, I have tested my internet, deleted download cache, and even turned my vid card as low as it can and i'm still getting server issues. sometimes if i'm lucky I can play 5mins before it goes to lag hell and that's even if it lets me login.. I have tried other games like WoW, world of tanks and america's army and don't have an issue with those
