Artisans with crappy stats are the norm

I enjoy the new crafting system, and would love to further support you by purchasing additional Artisans, but I won't spend $5 per artisan knowing that I'm more than likely to get an artisan with crappy stats. When purchasing artisans with the legendary credits for my characters, I was frequently disappointed with artisans that were less than optimal - examples include: +100 commission, -50 speed; +175 commission, 0 speed; and many with +25 to 50% commission and a range of -25 to -75 speed. I don't care that the focus went up by 5 or 10, or that the proficiency might be up 5-15. Those minor improvements aren't worth waiting an additional 8 hours or paying more than double the commission in many cases.

Please, make the artisans a little more dependable/useful. Once that's done, I'll be happy to further support your game with artisan purchases.
