Not able to obtain the regular Illusionists Mask

How do we obtain the regular Illusionists Mask? I only see the Exalted Illusionists Mask for sale and not the regular one. None of the missions have the regular Illusionists Mask as a reward, either.

    The Illusionist's Mask comes from the first Bag that you open if you do not currently have one.
