PC Warlock daily power not working

IN last 24 hours I've noticed I can't use my daily power Gates of Hell. My AP has been full, and when i press the button, nothing, it won't proc. I thought maybe my keyboard button stopped working, so I switched daily slots, put my other daily is same slot. That one works, in either slot but my gates of hell won't proc from either. Has anyone else run across this issue?
