When you view companions (at least ones that have rings) on the auction house, or in the vault of piety and inspect them to see the slots they have, the top three slots are empty but the bottom gear slots appear to have +4 companion rings and rank 12 enchants in them.
I almost bought the healer from the vault over the weekend when I saw they added rank 12 enchants but looked at other companions in the AH first and saw the same visual bug.
