Great Weapon Fighter Class Causing My Oathsworn Paladin To Crash To Home Screen

Hi. Anytime I group up or anywhere close to a Great Weapon Fighter using their powers, I immediately crash to home screen on my XBox One. It happens when I am in dungeons, skirmishes, during dragon Heroic Encounters, and even in the Burrow Dawn Inn when they attack the target dummies. It happens all the time and it is getting very frustrating especially during the dragon heroic encounters because it will kick me out to home screen and by the time I am able to log back in, the dragon is dead and I don't get credit or it will put me in another instance and have to wait for the timer.

I submitted a ticket regarding this and they finally suggested I post in the bug forum so here I am.

Force verify game files. And try to tweak your graphics settings.

I am on the Xbox One. I don't think I saw anywhere that gave me the option to tweak my graphic settings. Also, I don't understand what you mean by force verify game files? How would I go about doing that?

If none of that works you can request that all GWFs be banned from the game. Probably the easiest solution.

I uninstalled and re-installed the game over the weekend and it seems to have worked.....I was grouped with a GWF in a dungeon and I didn't crash but the person might not have been using their powers. The GWF didn't do very much damage after the dungeon was completed. I will have to give it a little more time to see if I get grouped with another GWF before I declare my issue fixed.
