Bug in The Undead and Dying task NW Graveyard

I'm trying to get to the soldiers monument and the gate is closed, blocking the path. I can find no way to open it or get around it. Please help. Thanks

Are you trying to complete the quest Ghost Stories? I have very occasionally seen those "daily lair" quests bug. If that's what is happening here, see if you can join a party with someone else who has the same quest you are trying to complete. In my experience, that usually solved the problem. If you can't join a party or if that doesn't solve the problem, drop the quest Common Cause and re-acquire it the next day.
