Has anyone tested Hag's Rags and/or Eyestalk Wrappers with TR to find out which powers they affect?

    Doubtful. RJC tested the gear but he worked off of a list given him by TR mains. I think he only tested TR for the Bear Armor/melee. Impact Shot is affected by Dagger Threat and should be by Eyestalk, but it isn't commonly used, at least in PVE (no clue about PVP) and so testing for any armor wouldn't have been on the table.
