Decanter of atropal essence and companion upgrade tokens

In patch notes it says decanter of attopal essence is no more bind on pick up.. is it so? I cant see any in ah??

Also cannot deposit any companion ipgrade tokens to bank. Is this a bug?

I noticed the devs fixed the hunt glitch and rightfully so it should be fixed. They also should have fixed the companion token during the same hotfix.
