Game load issues / not really connecting

changing characters to invoke, about every 5th character my game takes forever to load in. Sometimes disconnects, sometimes comes in with the invoke timer at 0:00 and it says 'chat is offline' if i try to type anything. the only fix is to close arc and relaunch. annoying as all get out started last week.

Just relogging should fix the issue. And why relaunch Arc? Both Arc and the game are distinct.

because relogging didn't / doesn't fix the issue?

So only logging completely out of the game seems to correct the issue then.

Often posting following what patch or Thursday Update you first noticed the issue helps narrow down possible causes. Still I suspect your problem sounds far more recent similar to this:
