Crash upon Entering loe level instance to progress story.

For the ast six hours I have been stuck on a low level instance to progress story despite no other situations causing me to crash. This seems to be partly due to the newupdate. If anyone has any information how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.. The instance that keeps crashing is the pirate stronghold. I have tried all of the general information to fix it and yet none have worked.. If it is no resolved soon, given I have posted four tickets I will quit.
