Disconnect / Server not responding

I am getting disconnected or server not responding about once every 10 to 15 minutes. The issue started about 2-3 weeks ago before that I never had any issue for the prior 8 months. My internet speed test right now was 3ms ping, 191.4mb download, and 76 upload. Ive got an i7 processor and nvidia gtx 1080 video card. I have also tried dropping graphics settings in game to low, using windowed mode, and force verifying. Any ideas are much appreciated

    has this issue been resolved? i recently downloaded neverwinter.. and i cant play because as soon as i start playing 1 o 2 min in i get Disconnected from server, and back to the login screen. I log in back and start playing again and 1 min into the game and i get disconnected again. This happens endlessly and unless i find out a way to stop this i will have to drop the game , i was looking forward soo much to play this. :(
