Are the new companions refusing to accept rings, belts, etc, or is it just mine?

1. I bought the Expedition Pack yesterday, and noticed a problem when I tried to assign rings to the Alpha Compy.
2. I tried green, blue and purple rings.
3. I tried various types of binding, (pickup and account)
4. Then I tried various other older companions, with other objects than rings, and those bottom three spaces will simply not accept the expected objects.
5. I suspect that there is a tag on the companions that is not being reset when the companions are retrieved from being idle.
6. If this is a universal problem can you fix it, soon?
7. If this is a particular problem, how do I link my arc membership to the ps4? There was something about needing such a link for bug reports in the Neverwinter documentation.

You just have to make the companion idle and leave its spot empty then make it active again. There's already a thread that answers this btw.
