Since mod 12.5 I have had a constant issue where my companion gift does not provide the 180% of my companion stats with R13 bonding Runestones. There are times where one of the bonding runestone provide me the bonus stats of my companion, 60%, there are other times where it goes to 120% and when I get the full 180% of my companion stats it is not an issue.
This tends to happen when I first log onto a character or when I start an instance. To resolve this issue I have to get out of combat, wait until the companion gift drops, unsummon the companion and than resummon the companion. After this it works as intended.
Please try to fix this ongoing bug.
