Chult/Omu Masterwork Drops anyone can get

I recently found Lion's Skin (or something like that) and was unaware it
was possible to get, as there's no reason to hunt lions. Recently Allosaur Fangs
have been mentioned here.

My question is this: What are the MW drop items non-MW players can farm and sell?
(Mostly referring to Chult/Omu dropped by kills here)

Allosaur fangs used to be a high price item, but the drop rate was increased today and recipes got changed too, so prices are dropping rapidly.

Are there any other drops non-MW players could farm besides
the lions and allosaurs? (Was thinking the gorillas should have
something, as they're otherwise useless... 'cept for the Slayer title.)

Why do you say non-MW players? Chances are you might know this but just in case or for others ....In your stronghold you should be able to buy explorers case for omu for 3000 guild marks each. You can use the chart to farm the nodes given and some of the drops sell for ok AD. Many don't realize that guild marks can be turned into some ok AD by getting them charts. The hard issue is finding cheap and fast ways to make the guild marks

Don't you need a Lvl 10 Hall to get Explorer's Cases?
