[PC] Credit Card payment!

I used my credit card today, to buy ZEN 2 times, but both of them have been cancelled somewhy. Now i checked that the money has been taken from my card and it has not been returned. Afeter few hours i tryed to buy through PayPal and it worked. So my question is how long will it take, that the money will be returned to the credit card. ( Hope, that You understand me. English is not my native. )

You're going to have to make a ticket with Customer Support if you want your money back. Nothing people here can do.

This is an issue that only Customer Support can resolve for you. Unfortunately you will need to file a ticket and wait for a response. Nobody here on the forums has access to the relevant information to assist you.
