Masterwork IV using armor worn by player

This player: jana@redjaded was trying to craft an armor with Mastercraft IV, for some reason it used the armor she was wearing and it completely disappeared. Is this a known bug, is it being addressed?
Also, she hasn't been able to post on the forums, she's been asking why and how to fix this as well but hasn't got any answer yet (for a year now). This player has the same problem, can't post on forums: Linda@crazyrage1

As for being unable to use forums, it could be for a variety of reasons. I can't disclose information about their accounts to anyone else but them but they should make sure they are logging into the forums with the correct Arc accounts.
