No animation with attack or on enchantment of my weapon

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
After update there seems to be a bug with the enchantment showing on my weapon and when I attack or curse someone.

    Have you tried restarting your console? I get graphic glitches sometimes (divinity orbs not showing, weapon not glowing) and a reboot seems to resolve it.
