[PC] Cannot Load Character - Icewind Pass

I cannot load my character who is stuck in Icewind Pass. All my other character load fine. I submitted a ticket and have been waiting hours!

Could there be a bug with my mercenary contract expired? In the past, I was simply redirected to Caer Konig, but now the game just crashes.

Is there a way I can manually move my character to log in to Caer Konig or Protector's Enclave?

Once the instances you were on closes completely, you should be able to log onto that character again, but it just depends on a lot of different factors for how long that would take, unfortunately. Hopefully you can get it unstuck in a reasonable amount of time.

GM moved my character to PE and then I was able to load my character again. However, when I tried to go back to Icewind Pass, after signing up for Ten Towns faction, I encounted the same problem again. Game crashed. And now I cannot load the character at all again. The game crashes every time I try to load the character even after verifying files. Is it a bug?
