Your crit chance consistently above 100%? There was some issue with powers not following player's crit chance.

Confirming the presence of a Bug. Noticed it as soon as MOD13 hit. Storm Spell misses certain critical strikes and they appear as regular strikes instead.

Not using the offhand feature whatsoever. Happens both with and without group effectiveness. Tested it only on the active combatants in Stronghold and at Tyrant, not dolls.

Used Trans. Feytouched, if that helps.
