REFINEMENT POINTS FAILING AGAIN

Again I have lost RP points simply by inspecting an item to see if I have enough only to get an item from the bank and then find I can no longer refine the item and have also lost the points. I spent the last three days farming RP from drops of green items and Had WAY more than enough onlyt to LOOSE them again. Over 100k of RP lost on a bug which you said you fixed?
