I feel you. That's why I started the post. I prolly won't look at it again but people who play the game need to know what they are investing in. It's already happened twice in a month. Hopefully people will be more weary. It might also get Arc looking into things (I know a farcry right?). Let's hope this gets noticed.

Have any remaining guild leads / officers submit a ticket to CS.

When SH first launched (and guilds became valuable) we had a rash of this happen on PC. It was crappy, but sometimes CS was able to step in and intervene (selling guilds is not allowed under the ToS).

So the bad news is that it's often an uphill battle and it's unlikely you're going to get your guild back the same way it was before. But at least those that bought / sold can have justice catch up to them.

After the first batch of this kind of behavior, it will probably die down a bit. The people who remain are less likely to want to cash out in the same way.
    THIS WONT HELP!!!

From personal experience from submitting tickets to Customer Support they will not lift a finger to do anything GUILD Related.
This enters a new world of Guild Politics and in no way fashion or form will they intervene with any Lost items ( in bank ) people being kicked removed from guild or alliance or Leadership/Owner change.

Below is a Copy and paste of a ticket submitted in May 2017 concerning my old guild..

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I cannot provide that information as that would get us involved in guild politics. We cannot replace guilds, change leadership, nor create new guilds due a guild being taken over by someone else. You will need to contact your other leaders to figure out what happened. We apologize for the inconvenience.

You know what is funny. As a former guild leader in another game where I built up a really good guild and now I am guildless in that game due to be kicking as I took an extended break.

Do I care, no. If you are a capable player and playing a role that is highly sought after it is never an issue to get into a good guild in any MMO game. Playing with friends is preferred, but going into a bigger guild you can grow your friends and get into more content even if your other characters are not in the guild.

Guild buy out happen when a guild starts to see decline or there is a change in leadership. It is very common in mmos. IMO, getting active players in a big guild that is willing to purge their roster to keep only active players is a guild worth joining as you know players are active and playing.
