At what point does Berserker's Rage stop working?

Picky to the point of pedantry this one I'm afraid...
Let's say I have a mount that's giving me Berserker's Rage, and I have 4000 Armour Pen. While I have full Action Points, that's giving me 400 extra Power.
If I then use a daily, is the damage for that daily calculated as if I had the 400 power bonus, since I did at the moment it was cast... or is it calculated as if I had 0 action points since they all went when I used the daily?
My CW is getting pretty quick at replenishing AP, and when I finally restore my second Fey weapon tomorrow (cracking timing or what...) it will be even better.
So I'm currently examining all sorts of ways to take full advantage of that.
