bruenor helmet artifact quest bug?

this is the first time i've had it happen to me, but earlier today i dropped from a pug and got an error message because the game itself closed, so i logged back in and went to travel to my stronghold and i noticed that "gauntlgyrm depths" was an option.
thought i'd check it out and realized it was the artifact quest, so i finished it up and was able to leave after i cleared the vamp drow like usual, but my quest log has no mention of having the quest again, i'm about to check and see if i can get the full quest again though. i figure it's a bug because i've finished and dumped the helm into my defender banner a long time ago

i was going to ask to delete thread because i found out you can repeat the quests apparently, but there is still the bug of it randomly being pasted into my quest log
