TR Executioner Shadowborn Bug

I know this has been posted before, but I want to make sure it doesn't get lost in the shuffle. Shadowborn is supposed to increase the power for the next attack made from stealth by 100%. Right now, dots, notably bleed ticks, smoke bomb ticks, etc, proc it. So, when you are in a fight that lasts longer than 1 duelist flurry, there is a really good chance that it will be wasted on a bleed tick unless you can get your attack off in less than 1 second and get lucky in your timing.

Since the place where Executioners shine is in boss fights, this is a serious problem for this feat. Thank you!
