Has anyone done any proper testing of this power. I picked it up yesterday and it appears to have a very, very low proc rate.

    It's absolutely terrible. Did some limited testing on it, and it accounted for approximately 0% of my damage done on a CW.

    If you want my opinion on it, I took the health pot boon over it after testing on preview and I don't even use pots...
