I've been requesting help from ARC about my professions research not progressing (Alchemy and Black Ice) but they refuse to listen to my explanation. No matter how many researches I do, the progress bar does not move so my levels do not advance. I keep getting the same answer that it is a in-game strategy request and they can't help. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Ya, my black ice is not leveling. I don't know if its a quest you got to do or what, but it doesn't go up.
