What happen to Neverember’s Warm Welcome pack?

Just want to find out what happen to it? the moment the server comes up this is available at Reward Agent, but for the others that didn't claim it in time its kinda gone now?

For those that doesn't know what this is check the link below. (PWE did not state it will be available to us but they kinda ninja in this pack and tradebar merchant on Menu)

    yes for me the pack is gone it was claimable per every character but now it is gone away. Pls fix this issue?

    Pack was removed due to an issue. Closing this to avoid other issues.
