Crashing from Guild/Stronghold Tab - UPDATE

When I hit G to bring up my Guild tab, and then click on the Stronghold tab, I crash to desktop.

This has happened twice after verifying files after the first one. I am in the process of verifying files again for third attempt.

EDIT: Third attempt still crashed to desktop.

Has anyone else experienced this or can test it?

Update:
Well, after the emergency patch just a few hours ago, I am now getting:
Error 36: A file was locked that could not be opened for writing. Restart count down begins, and then loops this way. I have done it through force verify and still no PLAY button.
One note, I am old school, I never installed Arc, I go through the original launcher. Any assistance is appreciated.

    If one building is under upgrading, it crashes. As simple as this

    Nope, we are crashing here, despite no building being build.

    The bug came with Alliance update, was solved in subsequent updates and now with the Jubilee update the bug was reintroduced.

    Please try it yourserf

    1) hit "g"
    2) access "guild" tag
    3) crash to desktop

    We have a fairly confident fix for this going to preview today and are discussing pushing it to the Live server as soon as reasonably possible.

    As long as there is something with timer there. The upgrades have timers, now there is the jubiliee traders that is 24h so it crashes constantly while the traders is there with it's timer.

    Still can not launch. As stated in UPDATE, getting Error 36: file is locked and could not be opened for writing.

    If anyone else has encountered this, please help me out.

    Not getting this error anymore with recent patch. But my graphics have taken a nose dive. I would try uninstall and reinstall game.
