100% chance for a power point each overflow level

I hate random numbers in general. This one is unacceptable.

    It's been said every time this is brought up, so I'll say it again, cause its true. Just be thankful you get SOMETHING for all the xp you still get at level cap.

    Yeah it is, considering for the longest time you used to get nothing. And during that time, I earned a lot more than any number of overflows since has made up for.

    Power points are nice, but 100% chance isn't necessary.

    Remember, the level 60 overflows were 100k and about every 4th one I got an overflow and I ended up with the required 20 for about 8 mill xp. It's now 1.785 mill per and still about every 4 so the newbies need to do a boatload (about 170 mill just to catch up with the 34 power points and 10 Feat points I gained after level 60 (including 10 power and 10 feat points for going from level 60-70.

    I had proposed a guaranteed overflow at 4 mill with a 5 part reward - 1 power point and 4 random rewards (which could be 4 black opals). That would only cost the players 96 million xp.
