Cache of Ichor can be opened on Gateway during the ichor timer

Normally, after reaching the maximum Demonic Ichors (400) and spending them, you then can't get any Demonic Ichor within seven days due to the timer.

However, during the timer, if you get a Cache of Ichor, you are currently able to open it on Gateway and receive 40 Demonic Ichors.
