Launcher not actually launching, extreme lag when logging in/playing.

As the title says. For some reason every time I try to log into the launcher it's extremely laggy. I get into game and it's exactly the same. Only major thing I have done in/out of game is add another GPU for sli.

Anyone else going through this?
