Neverwinter pc probs

I am trying to download neverwinter on pc, when i try it downloads to the loading screen and go no further than that. I keep getting an error message that say it has crashed. How do i fix this so i can play the game

    options menu ==> use safe mode, on demand patching off and type in command line; -d3d9
    if this doesn't work send a message to support.
