Terrible graphics

Hey guys, my game looks really bad. Th graphics look terrible, and I'm not sure why. About a year ago I played the game rift on this laptop and had no issues at all with graphics. But with this game, I can barely distinguish enemies that are even remotely far away. When I try to change the graphics settings, nothing is changing. If it helps, I am using the Lenovo Yoga 2. Not an amazing computer for gaming, I know. But like I said, I have had no issues with graphics in the past. Thanks for your help!
P.S. I have also had no trouble running MOBAs like DOTA and LoL.
