Seal of Triumph

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
I searched Seals of Triumph on Neverwinter Wiki and I found out that you can obtain them from the daily quest Daily PvP Domination Victory, but every time I complete that quest I am rewarded with 4000 rough astral diamonds. I am Paladin level 65. I need them for Burning and Grim equipment for PvP. How to get Seals if not from the daily quest ?

    Yeah it is from level 70 only now. You don't need seals for gear before that
