    after is all said and done and the servers are merged. by chance if a toon is lost dureing the merge how would I reclaim and who do i notify.

      Hi Mandoral,
      First of all please make sure that you are connected to the right account and the right server. Try to scroll up and down on the character selection screen, as your character could be hidden if you had many characters on both servers before the merge.
      If you still can't find your character, you should contact Support: https://support.arcgames.com/app/support_center

    can sum1 @ PWE tell me why it says neverwinter servers are up for the last 4 hours but i still cant get into the game ? PLEASE?

    hi can i ask something about r9 is it going from the game or do it stay in game? begus i am saving stuff till im am 101 on mijn stormbringer but i saw that you take away the itemes that we need to make for r9 so i wondert about it are they going to stay and for little time till new sale is that they are coming back when the sale is there or is it for good from pw no more r9??

      I'm sorry to hear about this. If your event gold disappeared, it wasn't supposed to happen and is not intentional! Could you tell us exactly which items have disappeared (tickets? cards? event gold itself?) and any detail you think could help us see what happened?

      If you take them out of the mailbox they go poof.

    Hi enelimm,
    I had an old character on lost city server with name "CaptainComic" (lvl 101).
    I also made once a character with same name on Sanctuary (just lvl 5) on same account.

    The Lost City character got renamed to CaptainComicLC.
    Can you exchange the names please?
    CaptainComicLC <--> CaptainComic
    Or even better CaptainComic and StrikeCommander)
    (all my alt characters got named after DOS games).

    btw I did pm you because I'm sure surtr get's spammed atm and tbh I can't find the support link. If you can't help me, can you tell me how to find the support within the ArcLauncher? Login doesn't work with normal browser, I have to use Arc but can't find my way to the support team.

    Not sure you can help me, I submitted a support ticket last night for assistance on my main account and still no reply. My account was hacked and the hacker was using my account when I made the report. I can not log on at all and I am very troubled about this.
