Possibly opening self up for ridicule, but the following has been arrived through a computational simulator of Marksmen that I wrote in C.

    Maximum PvE Burst Tree Build

    http://fwcalc.com/dwarf-marksman/#W-C-WssgpCGZZp3z3abjx220mT0m6BhJtuJ-

    Soul Power Tree
    Nyos Vice
    Fervor as high as possible
Nature, no need to aim above 20 points
Wisdom, 50 is ideal but at least 45 is very good

Added Runes in order of Priority (Commonly Available)

1 x Swift Penetration (very important)
    1 x Shrapnel
    4 x Contact
    1 x Motivate
    1 x Burning Rage
    1 x Efficient Penetration
    3 x Stray Bullet
    1 x Speed Of Fire
    1 x Relaxation
    1 x Soulforce Return
    Durability
    Solid Shot

    Wish List Runes (Mega Rare)
    Encourage True Rune
    Rake Of Fury

    Tips Regarding Mastery and IDs
    - Level Earth and Fire Mastery evenly, it is ALWAYS worse (PvE DPS wise) to favour one over the other given whatever amount of mastery points to spend, but if one is uneven (eg. only enough points for level 81 and level 80) then favour Earth
    - Given the choice of settling between Earth or Fire Mastery IDs on gear, choose Earth
    - Given the choice of Attack, Fire Attack, or Earth Attack, for IDs, favour Earth Attack
    - Generally speaking for most characters, an 8% (or higher) crit-damage ID is better than a 1% Crit Chance ID, which is in turn better than a 7% (or less) crit-damage ID. A 2% crit-chance ID (such as on necklaces) is about on par with a 15% crit-damage ID.
    - An Earth Mastery off-hand is better than a Fire Mastery one
    - Set all bot power recast times to 0

Single Target Bot Order (highest simulated DPS attained)

    Double Shot
    Burning Rage
    Penetrating Shot
    Exorcising Bullet
    High Velocity Shot
    Salvo
    Rake Of Fury
    Fire At Will
    Hunters Mark
    Soul Snipe

    - Manually cast Hunter's Mark before enabling bot

Multiple Target Bot Order (eg. for overnight botting)

    Burning Rage
    Rake Of Fury
    Salvo
    Penetrating Shot
    High Velocity Shot
    Burning Swirl
    Exorcising Bullet
    Fire At Will
    Soul Snipe

    Discussion
This build is very versatile in PvE and excels at Invasion instances, botting, and single target DPS.
The Zealous Support talent allows it to sprint through enemy packs quickly to round them up, even while getting hit upon, to line them up for a rapid succession of AoEs that will destroy them quickly.
Yes, while High Velocity Shot is the Burst Marksman's highest damaging single attack (outside of the super-slow cast Extreme Sniping), and one may be tempted to think that favouring Fire Mastery would be better, the fact that Penetrating Shot cycles so fast for 140% base attack (when runed), Salvo hitting hard twice per cast, and Exorcising Bullet with it's native +5% crit-chance, and a fast casting Fire At Will, means that Earth Mastery is actually the mainstay mastery of choice for this talent tree focus. Throw in that High Velocity Shot actually strips of all burning effects from targets it hits, actually means that the bonus damage of burning effects from a high fire mastery count for a lot less than one might expect.
The single target bot order listed might seem counter-intuitive to not put HVS first, but in simulation HVS with this order gets cast around 90% as often as if it was put first, but because Penetrating Shot has a shorter cast time and a 1s CD, as well as benefitting from being able to be spammed continually while Quick Reloading is active (for 8 seconds every 75s thanks to Backup Fire) means that at 70 Fervor or higher, Pen Shot will fire 10 times for 140% base attack in those 8 seconds, which gives us a periodical DPS spike that is utterly insane, and so pushes it well ahead of High Velocity Shot in terms of total sustained damage and usefulness.

The Multi-Target bot tree is all about drawing the enemies to you (Rake/Salvo) into a line that Pen Shot/HVS can take advantage of, and if the Rake and Salvo doesn't kill them already, then the rapid follow up cast of Penetrating Shot/HVS will almost surely finish the job.

    anyone have experience fighting bloodraiders?

soo far for me it seems that their pull interrupts and they have some heavy "root" debuff, not to mention the fast attack

yey same posting x3 in a row

    anyway, basic crowd-control combo (soul)
turning auto wrath off might be usefull

hunter mark first, then pulse shot, if the target doesn't apply CC of his own, mind flaying bullet for some damage, exorcising bullet, burst of rage, use extreme sniping, grab the wrath orbs to get red hand, use skills for more damage and orbs, if the target uses skills to break off crowd control, use burning swirl

if you time the cast times and stun durations, you can keep a person whitout attacking for a good 10-15 secs

This is really useful, thank you. I agree with you on the CC vs. CD debate, I ran a monte carlo analysis that came out similar. Guildies keep saying for me to stick with fire, but those earth skills are important too.

No Nyos for me, though. It's a physisophical thing, Nyos being Nyos.
