Make dev tokens movable between characters on an acct

They really aren't character achievements, so it's rather inconvenient to have some in one place, another in another place. Easy way on this would be to have the special vendor sell acct bound reward boxes.

    I'd be happy to have even 1 such token. Can't imagine ever having the need to move them around. Is this really an issue for some number of people?

    They're reward for dev sponsored in-game events.

    The ones I have I got for beta testing new content.
