mail to supergroup should uniq the list of accounts

Currently, if I have ten accounts in a SG, I get ten copies of any SG mail. This basically makes mail to SG unusable.

    Totally agree. There are many people with many, many alts in the SG I am in and we make it a point not to send out SG mail because it becomes more of an annoyance than a benefit.
