Fun Nullifier doesn't work against aoe.

If a valid target for vanity devices is hit nearby a person with the Fun Nullifier, both are affected by the vanity device.

    I pointed that out last year. I know because I was demonstrating it.
    It was not created to avoid a cancel affect with SuperMag, it was because of people spamming the 'fun' devices and stopping people from being able to play.

    Remove the nullifier and make 'vanity devices only usable in PVP areas.
    Better still, make it so that you cannot use vanity devices if you have it equipped and can't equip it within 30 seconds of using one. For all those people who like to have one on and target people, while being unable to hit them back. That is how I worked out how to hit them.
