Snakebite - Fighting Claws + Pestilence

I find the idea of using the Pestilence passive for melee intriguing. So looked I looked through a few forum posts and tossed together a build that might work. Any suggestions are welcome!!!

    Well, since Pestilence now also buffs Slashing dmg, its not so odd to consider using it w/ melee. That being said, w/ DC not innately having Rush anymore, you may have energy issues using it heavily w/o another source of Rush or w/o CoAP. The build itself is okay if it can afford DC spam otherwise.

  • Pestilence boost on melee is ok. But zadly inferior to the popular nw or ntoppbale

    Pestilence gives a slashing defense debuff per stack of bleed on the target. For a slashing-focused character built around DC, if you're not applying bleeds then you aren't making maximum use of the passive.

    Last I checked, I think the bleed -resist wasn't working properly w/ Pestilence, but even if it is now you could add something w/ Open Wound avail on tap like Barbed Lariat or Chained Kunai to stack some bleed in the BG (assuming you don't want to change the main attacks away from FC). Could get an extra self-heal adv on some of those types of powers too, as a bonus. Scything also can be made to refresh bleeds, if desired.

  • Use tiger cub to add shredded then use vorpal to add bleeds incorporate evuserate wirh messy to keep up shredses and bleeds. Remove tigers bite. U do more damage keeping up shredded and bleeds. So add vorpal ultimate. I would drop the breath for epidemic. Its a far superior aoe hands down.
