    The attacks are kinda all over the place in terms of sets, and that won't really gel well w/ CO mechanics (namely w/ slotted PA attacks locking out all other power types when used). If Rocket Punch and Power Gauntlet are key to the concept, then you could re-center the build around them and make somewhat of a non-slotted PA build. An example of that:

    Last 2-3 powers can be w/e ya want. Main attacks are Power Gauntlet for single targets, and Rocket Punch for AoE. Particle Wave and/or Chest Beam taps can proc Unified Theory for more energy, Chest Beam's debuff can boost the dmg of your other attacks, and Particle Wave can also help corral enemies in front of you. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End.

    Genos' attacks look fiery to me. I think incinerate looks exactly like his beam attack.

    Some kinda build w 100 hands and incinerate maybe? Such a pain in the butt mixing melee and ranged in this game tho :/

    Well, Incinerate is similar to Concussor Beam. If that's the case, you could make it a PA build coloring the beam reddish. It'd want to be a committed slotted PA build, though, and not use any/many other attacks that aren't slotted PA ones. I'm not familiar w/ the character, but the original build had many Elec attacks too, and no Fire ones- so its a bit confusing what to focus on here..

    Yeah, Genos has an attack that looks like "fire all weapons" as well. He also uses acrobatic speedster-esque melee attacks. So, he's one of those melee/ranged hybrids that don't tend to translate very well to CO.

    OP, I would decide if you want to go for a melee-focused or a ranged-focused build.

    Well, the 100Hands + Incinerate idea isn't that bad, since 100Hands has a CF adv at least. The melee vs range issue is still annoying, but I guess you could just use something like a NW or Unstoppable/WotW build w/ FotT and a Dex focus. I'm still unsure what the rest of the powers should be, but here's a prototype:

    Could play at ranged or at melee (not an early leveling build, but that can be worked around).

    Sorry haven't been able to reply back on the forum, been busy lately, but thanks guys for the advice appreciate it., and i would prefer a ranged focus character
