    I think the build is mostly fine as is- at least in terms of powers and advs (though I'm unsure what you mean by 'whirling dragon strike'). I'd prob get 2pts in Upper Hand instead of Tenacious, and you could also get Mass Destruction over Modified Gear to boost Blade Tempest and EotS a bit. Could also consider a STR/Dex/Con build (still w/ a Dex focus) if you want to take adv of Juggernaut + Con SS and Physical Peak. Night Warrior or Unstoppable would also work for the slotted passive.

    Whirling Dragon Strike a power unlock from current lock box.

    I'd opt for Whirling Dragon Strike. You aren't building for synergies with Vorpal Blade's bleeds (like Reaper's Embrace, or a bleed refresh); and WDS's on-tap Overpower debuff is pretty fantastic.

    I second this, Whirling Dragon Strike is excellent
    POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds!     Oh I see. Its a new ult (haven't unlocked it yet). Yea, if its applying Overpower then its gonna be very good for groups.

    Is maxing Crit chance to singe attacks for Dragon's Wrath R2+ ADV better than rank 3..
    If not then may change spec to increase CRIT on AoE.

    Its kinda hard to tell sometimes due to crit rng when testing, but it does seem like the TC adv comes out ahead in a high-Dex/crit setup (DEX/Con/Rec, ~520 Dex, 39% char sheet crit, 109% severity, 12% offense, rolling Shredded w/ Blade Tempest = ~3.8-4.0k vs ~4.2-4.4k dps, favoring TC).

    Whether TC or R3 was better shouldn't sway if you focus on AoE or DW's single target, though, since you'd just be picking the best dps adv for DW on its own anyways. In fact, I may just get 2/3 and 3/3 between Mass Destruction and Focused Strikes for FotT builds, so the diff is only 2% crit either way, but its up to you.

    Whirling dragon is a good setup prior to use
    Ing your main attack or damage rotation ..,it's mainly a 20 percent debuff or so I believe
