    Using EGO/END/CON stats, without an energy circle, is going to require most of your point in END. The only "good" way to run a PA dps without a circle is going EGO/END/REC.

    Well using EGO/END/DEX can use Arcane Circle swaped from Ice Sheath to fix the energy management problem.

    I hope one day they can fix Overdrive... 9 energy per tick is subpar to others EU.

    Yea, aside form the energy issues mentioned above, it looks fine for a basic PA dps build. I may axe a rank from one of the AOs to get a rank in the more used travel power, and maybe get the 5ft radius adv on Minigun. But its not a huge change either way. I assume FAW is here for wide AoE dps.
