Now we have Cradle of Filth providing inspiration, let us delve into the terrifying new possible costume pieces that might be cool.

What about finger armor? And add a bladed version so people can imitate Freddy Krueger. How about multiple heads? Two, three headed costumes? And while we can't have them animate, how about four arms too? The arms come in all your standard textures, ghost, psionic, holo force, etc which is a great way to nod to the PSI enforcer who has psionic arms.
And can we pleaaaaaaase get the New Shadows vampire face? The same used for the Become: Vampire, players finally will have a vampire fanged face to complete their bloodsucker. We have some cool vampire monsters, but what about a normal, fanged vampire? Maybe your character is a newly transformed vampire who wouldn't look like a sinister bat man or woman quite yet.

Special travel power - wolf transformation (non spirit form). We already have the spirit wolf, it's just a texture difference. Maybe figure out how to do a monstrous bat form as well.
Costume transformations could involve a full moon graphic as they howl and transform. Bark at the moon! How about a swarm of bats or a coffin opening up? An ooze or blood related costume transformation?
New vehicle - dragon. Flame breath, a biting animation for melee, etc. While current hover bike riding animations might look a bit strange, it just means your character holds on tight to their dragon. Different breath weapon options vary on the breed. Black dragon does poison damage, white does ice, etc
Another vehicle idea, might be good as a travel power - motorcycle from hell. Hellcycles like something out of a heavy metal fantasy - Just look up the Painkiller album for more help.

As far as Blood Moon goes, I want them to stop having it and come up with something completely original for Halloween. I am tired of the blood moon, I have been for a very long time. It was suppose to be a herald of the Apocalypse, of course, but got turned into a running gag, as it were.
Not to mention there is a unique NPC that can be used for Halloween, Freakshow, that would help a lot for that theme.
