Tailor/Headwear/Traffic cone

The traffic cone has one color. Why can't I change color and material? It seems to be the only item in tailor that has an unchangeable appearance. Is it possible to fix it, because my knight character needs a high metal helmet, not an orange traffic cone:-))

    Traffic cones are orange, for your safety. And made of plastic so people wont impale themselfs on them.

    Why then is the traffic cone in the tailor and not in the devices? I'm just wondering, why can't I change this element of the costume like all the other things?
