My goal is to make a "Face" or "Commander" style cyborg / cop (GiTS SAC/Arise inspired.) Using a support passive but survivable in the long run.
AoPM is thematic to represent the characters command authority and ability to lead a team. While the character will be running in support mode (to prevent endgame whining) they are generally there more for DPS first and support second, certainly not a primary healer. The drones will passively do the heal job (but we know how fragile and sometime unreliable they are.) Between Submachine-gun, Holdout shot, Parting Shot, Masterful Dodge, Bionic Shielding and Conviction there is enough to keep "the commander" alive (three of which double duty as DPS moves) and add some cool flippy / therm optic / cyborg counter systems themes to the build.
Optimization ideas are welcome, but I think this is sound.
INT is the primary stat PRE/DEX/CON will be what I am gearing for to get the most out of AoPM. I don't forsee any energy issues.

Even if the build isn't meant to be a healer, I may still get an ally res, so you can do a basic support function in case allies die. Rank 1 LNL isn't adding much to the build (it was changed/nerfed anyways), and soon r1 MD won't get you over 100% dodge (at least when the changes on the PTS hit Live; you could always switch to r1 Indestructible then). I may also get some free adv points by passing on Superjump's special adv. I may also max Focused Strikes for more TGM dps (and get 2/3 Mass Destruction), but that's up to you.
