Need input on this updated/customized version of Riverocean's "Shadow Assassin Build"

Riverocean posted a ninjitsu/shadow build in 2016 and so far its been a blast to play, I've updated it a bit but it can be found here:

http://champions-online.proboards.com/thread/3396/shadow-warrior-assassin-build

Just wondering if my update/customization will hold up in today's CO, anyways here's Mizu:

It looks alright at its core. I prob wouldn't get the special adv on Retaliate (could consider getting Sneak's 1pt adv, though), and I'd prob also use Wardicator or Warden + Brawler for the specs:
    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (2/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Slaughter (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

Could also try STR/Dex/Con for the SS setup, though the current one is fine too. Warden Mastery could also be okay as a pick here, if you want to focus more on the SB part.

If you wanted a slightly different approach, you could get R2 Throwing Blades w/ its bleed adv instead of Ricochet Throw, and then maybe switch to FotS as the toggle. Relentless or Wild Thing (w/ some End) could also work as the EU.

Like I said earlier, I'd prob skip Retaliate's special adv. You may also want to switch to FotS if using Throwing Blade's bleed, since its more consistent than FotT's crit basis when also using SB. Regardless of any tweaking, though, the main thing to check is to make sure your energy is relatively smooth with your normal rotation.

I took a bit of a right turn last night and decided to try a bleed build with supernatural power unlock, and two passives for getting on in different situations since my character is an adaptable tiger-person shinobi, how does this look?

Well, Ricochet Throw won't proc AotB here, and I'd prob get Massacre instead of Evis (depending on the rotation, Messy is a bit redundant if you are heavily using Shred w/ adv anyways). Also, I may also get R2 on Resurgence, or consider getting R1 MD (you're a bit lacking in heals when using NW, though I guess health packs can help there). You'll prob need a decent amount of End and Rec to make energy smooth w/ Supernatural Power, but overall it can work, w/ some tweaking.

I kept Ricochet Throw only for build fantasy (she's a shuriken throwing tiger ninja after all) but I moved rank 2 elsewhere and added invuln instead of regen, also put rank 2 Resurg:

RThrow can be a good substitute for Shurikens that can also be very functional to boot. Shuriken Throw is not that great of a power, imo, and Shuriken Storm is okay for AoE, but RThrow w/ NW is very strong already. Problem again is that RThrow (and Shuriken Storm) cannot bleed- which is why I suggested Throwing Blades instead (which is an easy sub for RThrow anyways). This is assuming you want to keep AotB, Supernatural Power, and a Str-based setup (you could make Shuriken Storm work, but it'd prob have to be w/ a FotT build and a more general EU if mixing it w/ melee):

Alternates between Shred and Massacre for single-targets. Has a number of AoE options (Throwing Blades from Sneak, Lacerating for wide pbAoE and CC that clumps up enemies, and Shred's small cleave for close-up). I had to cut a few things, but that's also cause its a dual passive build, and that makes it more crowded naturally. Gears for a mix of Str, End/Rec, and Con. Warden Mastery could also be good here.
