Unarmed w/ Hyper Voice, and maybe w/ Sonic Device thrown on top? (Unleashed Rage could also work, though you'd have to make it a knock-based build using Enrage):
Uses TKicks as a melee filler attack, and to put up Demolish. DU can be your main single-target attack, and DK can be charged for Rush and also used for AoE. Hyper Voice is mostly there for theme, but it also gives you a ranged attack to work with. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.
Alright I found this old build, while I am making room for new alts. Black Rose is my version of the Black Canary. I want to make room for power chord.
The Ult will be harder to afford here, since it wouldn't work w/ the EU (you'd prob want to put up Rush w/ DK before using it), but you can drop one of the later powers for it (the self-res, the lunge, or Sonic Device).
