Not Rocket Boots or Jet packs, but Rocket Flight.
Using it causes the lower half of your body do become engulfed in flames as you take off like a rocket. There's only one speed, Max speed. Tapping the power won't activate it, must be fully charged. Once activated you continuously fly forward (like cape glide) but at top speed. Can use regular flight animation (arms to the side while flying), or heroic flight animation (fists forward while flying). Since you're always moving forward, there is no hover.
